Responsibilities include: 🙋 Guest Welcome & Check-In – Greeting visitors and helping them get started 🎮 Player Support – Offering guidance during the experience and answering questions 😊 Customer Care – Ensuring every guest feels confident, included, and supported 🧼 Venue Upkeep – Keeping the space clean, safe, and ready for the next group 📣 Team Collaboration – Staying in sync with your team and escalating issues when needed.
