Job Description Being a Care Assistant is a highly rewarding career where no two days are ever the same. Key Duties Include: Companionship: Providing meaningful social interaction and emotional support, helping clients enjoy regular conversation, shared activities, and a sense of connection. Everyday Support: Assisting with day-to-day tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and maintaining a comfortable, safe home environment. Personal Care: Supporting clients with essential routines such as bathing, showering, oral hygiene, dressing, and preparing for bed — always encouraging and promoting independence wherever possible. . Qualifications We welcome Care Assistants with previous experience as well as those looking for a completely new direction in their career. Full training and ongoing support are provided to help you develop the skills and confidence needed to deliver exceptional person-centred care. Additional Information We are currently looking for Care Assistants to work evening shifts from 5:00pm to 9:45pm on weeknights and weekends.
