Join Chanel Tech Europe team as our Europe Finance IT Domain Lead, a key leader responsible for driving the transformation, management, and evolution of Finance IT systems across the Europe region. This role is pivotal in supporting the ongoing transformation of the Finance function, balancing the transition to global platforms with targeted regionalization. WHAT IMPACT YOU CREATE AT CHANEL Strategic Leadership Define and execute the Finance IT domain strategy, aligned with global and business objectives. Partner with business teams, internal IT, and external partners to optimize organizational structure and drive innovation. Lead the transformation of Finance systems, supporting the migration to global platforms and regional adaptation. System & Portfolio Management Oversee the portfolio of Finance technology initiatives, including current regional Finance ERPs (Microsoft D365, Ax v5/v6), budgeting & forecasting (TM1), Treasury, Financial consolidation, and integrations with Retail, E-Commerce, and Warehouse Management Systems. Ensure robust end-to-end governance for all Finance systems, measuring effective delivery and service quality. Prepare and manage the Finance IT domain budget and roadmap. Project & Change Management Support delivery of global and regional Finance projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors. Lead change management initiatives, ensuring effective communication and adoption across Finance system users. Vendor & Contract Management Negotiate and manage contracts/SOWs with external partners, in close collaboration with Legal and Procurement. Team Leadership Manage and grow a diverse team of internal and external IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Inspire and coach team members, driving high performance and engagement. Governance Lead periodic Run/Support and RollOut SteerCos with suppliers, IT, and business stakeholders. Contribute to global and regional governance forums. WHAT YOU WILL BRING 10+ years of relevant experience in Finance IT, with deep functional knowledge of Finance and general Operations. Proven track record in ERP support and evolution, project management, and multicultural environments. Strategic thinker with strong execution skills. Experience leading successful run and project teams. Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus. Solid understanding of Finance solutions, production systems, and business process modeling. Knowledge of legal and contract management in IT. Strong initiative, organizational skills, and rapid learning capability. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team leadership skills. Ability to inspire, engage, and drive new ideas.
