You’ll collaborate closely with the Creative, Sales, and Operations teams to review project specifications, assess materials and production costs, and ensure accurate pricing. Your input will be essential to: Help determine and preserve project marginsIdentify cost-saving opportunitiesSupport the delivery of competitive proposals that align with both client expectations and business objectivesDevelop the list of Tecna approved suppliersMaintain relationships with preferred suppliersJob Responsibilities:Work closely with sales and creative to provide quick, accurate costings and support ballpark pricing.Own and progress our quoting tools – especially the ballpark sheet – and help make the process leaner and easier for the whole team.Liaise with suppliers and internal production to gather up-to-date costs, understand lead times, and flag viable alternatives.Support margin reviews and collaborate with procurement and projects when quotes move towards ordering.Reference comparable previous jobs to provide benchmarks and identify efficient, proven approaches.Help ensure scopes of work are clear, and cost-informed.
