Estates Coordinator Contract: Full-time, permanent Salary: 28k-30k Reports to: Estates Manager We’re seeking an organised and proactive Estates Coordinator to support the smooth running of our estate. You’ll manage maintenance, utilities, supplies, and compliance, ensuring everything operates efficiently.Responsibilities Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, liaising with contractors and branch staff Manage utilities, waste removal, and branch provisions (supplies, licences) Oversee Health & Safety and Fire compliance, including audits, training, and documentation Support branches with furniture, equipment, and general estate requests Drive cost efficiencies and contribute to estate projects What We’re Looking For Strong organisational and administrative skills Confident communicator, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Knowledge of Health & Safety and Fire regulations is a bonus IT literate (Microsoft Office), numerate, and detail-focused Full driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally Why Join Us This is a varied role where no two days are the same.
