Job DescriptionWHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ONMain challengeAs an ERP Product Manager, you will shape and enhance our Workday ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration between HR and Finance while delivering solutions that provide measurable business benefits. What it means on a daily basisWorkday Governance & Strategy : Define and oversee the Workday roadmap, governance model, andproject priorities aligned with business objectives.Process Optimization & Integration: Ensure continuous improvement and seamless integration between HR and Finance processesProject & Operations Management : Manage Workday projects and enhancements, managing scope, resources, budgets, timelines, and risks.Team & Vendor Leadership : Build and develop an effective team and manage relationships with Workday and external partnersStakeholder Communication & Change Management: Partner with executives and key stakeholders to align initiatives, communicate progress, and guide change management efforts.Who you will be working withYou will assist our Director of Corporate Systems Department and work together with your team (4 people) and internal teams and external partners .
