As an ER Advisor based in Warwick or Ripon (3 days per week), you’ll be responsible for: Working in a fast-paced environment, managing a number of complex cases at any one time, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, sickness absence and attendance, bullying and harassment, whistleblowing, and appeals Providing comprehensive advice to managers on a wide range of ER matters Providing advice and information to line managers and employees in relation to all HR policy and procedures, ensuring consistency of application throughout the business Maintaining and updating employee relations records on the casework HALO ticketing system and employee files. This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We offer flexibility around hybrid working, with 2 days per week from home. And here’s what we’d like you to have: Previous ER Advisory experience and experience managing complex cases such as disciplinaries, grievances, appeals, and long-term sickness absence A strong understanding of employment law and legislative changes To be able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication skills; must be able to draft appropriate, legally compliant letters and correspondence in response to ER issues To be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
