We’re growing fast and looking for a motivated, customer-centric sales professional to join our Existing Business team focused on expanding adoption of Kipu ePrescribe across our customer base.

Role Overview

The ePrescribe Sales Representative plays a key role in driving the expansion of Kipu’s ePrescribe solution within our existing customer base. This is an entry-level sales position ideal for someone early in their SaaS sales career who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys both inbound lead management and outbound prospecting, and is passionate about helping behavioral health providers simplify clinical workflows.

You’ll partner closely with the Existing Business team to manage inbound leads, identify cross-sell opportunities, and proactively engage customers to increase ePrescribe utilization across programs and locations.

  • Outbound Prospecting: Identify and reach out to behavioral health facilities within Kipu’s customer base that are not yet using ePrescribe or have limited adoption.
  • Cross-Sell Engagement: Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to uncover opportunities where ePrescribe can improve workflow efficiency or compliance.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all activities, opportunities, and forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Sales Process Execution: Prepare quotes, follow up on renewals or license expansions, and manage deals from initial inquiry through close.
  • Customer Education: Clearly articulate the value of Kipu ePrescribe—how it enhances clinical safety, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Implementation, Support, and Billing teams to ensure smooth handoffs and a great customer experience.
  • Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas for ePrescribe license additions and adoption metrics.
