Weber Manufacturing Technologies Inc. in Midland, Ontario, is seeking a Nickel Vapour Deposition (NVD) operator (Environmental Technician) for its innovative chemical mold build process. Responsibilities: Joining a crew to oversee production and environmental controls at the Nickel Vapour Deposition (NVD) facility. This role is responsible for monitoring, assessing, and managing environmental compliance within the plant. This role involves performing regular inspections, collecting and analyzing environmental samples, and maintaining records to ensure adherence to environmental and safety regulations. Minimum Qualifications: Mechanical experience or education. College Diploma or University Degree in Mechanical/Civil/Chemical/Environmental/Water/Wastewater Resources. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Our team enjoys a distinctive work schedule that balances flexibility with predictability. You'll work 12-hour shifts in a 7-day rotation, covering 14 shifts every 28 days. This setup offers you longer periods of time off, allowing for more extended breaks and a better work-life balance.
