Position Overview: Burai is seeking a motivated and experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring customers realize a strong ROI in line with pre-sales expectations while creating a great customer experience. Key Responsibilities: · Manage and grow relationships with key customers in line with pre-sales ROI expectations. · Engage proactively with customers to ensure Burai is positioned to align with key customers and their evolving business objectives. · Drive strong customer satisfaction levels through a customer first approach. · Foster a culture of cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing & product to ensure marketing efforts evolve to incorporate user feedback. Qualifications: · 2+ years in a SaaS B2B Customer Success or Account Manager roles. · Experience onboarding large enterprise SaaS customers to ensure quick time-to-productivity metrics and strong utilization. · Experience in the implementation of successful marketing campaigns across all aspects of the customer lifecycle. · Strong at identifying cross-sell opportunities and/or referral opportunities. · Experience leveraging new technology (with an emphasis on solutions that integrate with Salesforce). · Strong at managing customer escalations to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively. · Strong leadership, communication, analytical and project management skills a must.
