This is a pivotal role for a driven individual with a strong foundation in mechanical engineering, project leadership, and technical oversight. You will manage a diverse team across the UK, India, and Vietnam, delivering high-quality mechanical solutions including CAFS, INERT fire suppression systems, HPU, and chemical injection packages. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering innovation and collaboration Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects to meet budget and quality targets Provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with industry standards Build strong client relationships and respond to feedback professionally Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project integration Drive continuous improvement and standardisation across engineering processes Develop strategic plans aligned with company growth objectives Promote a culture of safety and ensure adherence to regulations Essential Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Proven experience managing engineering teams and complex projects Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and standards Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental best practices Ability to travel outside of the UK as needed.
