Engineering Administrator What You Will Do Join our Fire & Security team as an Engineering Administrator, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our Engineering Department. This is a hybrid role, with core office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at our Sunbury-on-Thames office. You’ll provide essential support to the Engineering team, Regulatory team, and management, helping us deliver high-quality service across the business. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting Engineering and management with administrative tasks and documentation. Preparing reports, maintaining accurate databases, and managing records. Assisting with regulatory processes, applications, and declarations. Handling office administration: mail, supplies, travel, and meeting arrangements. Coordinating maintenance of office and engineering equipment. Assisting with financial tasks such as invoicing, purchase orders, and month-end duties. Liaising with Finance and other teams to ensure accuracy and compliance. What We Are Looking For Strong administrative experience, ideally 5+ years in a similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic accounting principles Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Adaptable, motivated, and quick to learn new systems and processes. Preferred Qualifications Experience of working in an engineering, distribution centre, or factory environment is beneficial. NVQ/SVQ or equivalent in Business & Administration.
