This team member will become an expert in our vendor partners software product offering and lead implementation projects for our clients. Day-to-day work will involve working with the sales team for our vendor partners, managing existing client relationships, and overseeing project delivery by participating in design sessions, gathering and documenting technical and/or configuration requirements, architecting the solution to meet the customer needs, working with business partners to provide best practice solutions to their problems, and communicating with project leadership teams on progress. This position is open to candidates currently based in France. What you will do: Work with our software vendor partners to identify new sales leads Support our software vendor partners during the sales cycle by providing industry expertise Participate in client design workshops and document technical requirements and solution design requirements Communicate with our client IT teams various needs as it relates to data and interfaces Prepare presentations for design sessions Lead design sessions by walking our customers and provide solution and/or industry best practices Become an expert in the solution(s) Prototype the solution and present to the client to help them understand how they will use the tool Look for creative solutions to solve complex problems to optimize the performance of the tool What you bring to the table: 5+ years of experience working at a retailer, a retail consulting firm, or a retail software vendor Familiarity with the following areas within retail Supply Chain Planning Demand Planning Assortment Planning Merchandise Financial Planning Allocation/Replenishment Experience working on a solution implementation or an aptitude towards solution configuration Understand retail data and concepts Experience with Retail Software, such as Oracle, Blue Yonder, or Relex Ability to travel if needed Self-motivated and resourceful Ability to lead design sessions Strong presentation skills Even better if: You’re a Relex or Oracle super user You have a sharp mind for finance/extensive experience owning a budget What we offer: In addition to joining us on our journey to build state-of-the-art, AI-enabled software, you’ll also get a ton of perks!
