Temporary position for 12 months As an employee onboarding strategy advisor, you actively contribute to onboarding employees by creating a consistent, engaging employee experience that’s aligned with the organizational culture. You serve as a strategic partner for HR managers and teams to ensure a successful onboarding that fosters long-term engagement.
