Job Purpose The EMEA Compliance Department at Recordati Rare Diseases is looking for an full-time intern for 6 months, starting 1st Quarter 2026, to support the EMEA Compliance Officer.Key Responsibilities Support the development and implementation of compliance related standard operating procedures and guidelines. Support the development of clear and engaging compliance awareness materials for EMEA colleagues. Support in providing compliance related advice to medical and marketing colleagues. Support in organizing internal meetings.  Support in ensuring legal watch/monitoring of recent European and local compliance regulations. Participate to team meetings, brainstorming workshop sessions and cross-functional meetings. Required Education Student in Master 2 preferably in Legal or Compliance (other specialties possible) Required Skills and Experience Strong knowledge on Compliance matters Experience in Pharma is a plus Technical Competencies Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) Required Behaviours and Competencies Good flexibility, agility and creativity Good communication skills, oral & written Required Languages Fluent in English, oral & written Travel required in %
