Job Description What is the opportunity? An exciting opportunity to join as a Associate and work as part of the Equities Electronic Trading into Global Equities in London. What will you do? Gain a good understanding of the Global Equities business Undertake and pass all required regulatory and exchange exams and registrations. Daily coverage of clients to support electronic order flow and further educate them on best practices when using RBC algorithms. Business development with prospective and existing European-based clients. Help with evaluation and integration of new technologies. Guidance and participation in the development of the Electronic Trading product. What do you need to succeed? Must have Educated to degree level or equivalent Strong financial knowledge background General understanding of relevant technology Ability to work under pressure Personable and confident interacting with others (internal employees and external clients) Strong communication skills Understanding of basic computer software. A technical/logical mindset. Understanding of basic programming skills Nice to have Higher Education with a slant towards finance/economics What is in it for you?
