Cushman & Wakefield is offering an exciting 12-month placement for an enthusiastic student to join our Commercial Valuation Team, specialising in industrial, retail, and office properties across the North of England. Based in Leeds or Manchester, you’ll work alongside an experienced team of professionals, gaining exposure to the valuation process for a variety of purposes including loan security, accounting, and management. What You’ll Be Doing Join qualified surveyors on property inspections. Conduct market research and analyse comparable evidence. Assist in drafting valuation reports in line with the RICS Red Book. Learn to use industry-leading software such as Argus Enterprise and Argus Developer. What We’re Looking For A team player with strong organisational and communication skills. Excellent written and numerical ability. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical skills to identify market trends.
