The Children and Young People’s Service within Avista provide interdisciplinary team supports, residential, family support and education services to 0-18 year old Children and Young People with complex needs and their families. The successful candidate is required to work as part of an Interdisciplinary Team that provide services to 0-18 year old children and young persons with complex needs. The candidates are also required to work in partnership with families within a family centred model.

CHILDREN’S SERVICES, DUBLIN
PERMANENT FULL-TIME CONTRACT (37.5 Hours Per Week).
Salary: €61,463 -€77,666* (lsi)
*Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience.

This is an exciting pilot scheme to support children referred to the CDNT access supports from the CDNT in a timely manner and focus on providing enhanced supports at an early age.
Essential:
· Up to date NMBI Registration RNID preferred.
· Have at least 5 years post registration nursing experience of which 2 must be within disability.
· Have depth and breadth of experience in Children’s Disability Nursing as relevant to the role.
· Full clean driving licence manual vehicle.
