The Role Our Newcastle office is looking for a highly motivated individual who will play a key role within the Early Career recruitment team to find the next generation of talent for Norton Rose Fulbright. The position requires someone who can deliver an outstanding candidate experience at each stage of the process, aligning it with our core business objectives. They will be used to working collaboratively within a team and enjoy taking responsibility for executing projects. They should also have experience of working effectively with stakeholders at all seniority levels, both internal and external. Above all, they will be ambitious, creative and motivated to join a team that is constantly evolving. Key Responsibilities Screening and managing high volume applications across multiple early talent pipelines Run and organise assessment days, including assessing group exercises, administering testing & written exercises as well as managing wash ups. Coordinate a seamless post-offer process to meet annual recruitment targets for vacation schemes and training contracts. Design and deliver events to support the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion initiatives with our internal networks, university societies and external partnerships Deliver our marketing strategy, working with external suppliers to engage with exceptional talent Develop content for social media campaigns and our website, ensuring it is aligned with our early career’s strategy. Facilitate and present at skills workshops and events both in the office and on campus, ensuring a good ROI Design, delivery and execution of our three vacation schemes Liaise with our Responsible Business team on their outreach programmes, making sure they feed into our talent pipelines Manage the invoice and expense process for early careers activities Work closely with the Early Careers Development team to ensure a seamless transition for our early talent hires Provide support to the wider early careers team Skills and Experience Required The Early Career’s team operates in a dynamic, collaborative and supportive environment, and we seek a candidate interested in further developing their existing experience: Essential Previous Early Career recruitment experience (at least two cycles) in a legal or professional services firm or similar. Highly organised and able to prioritise deadlines while working at pace Strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to track and translate data into a narrative Positive, proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
