About the Role This role is focused on delivering outstanding retail experiences and driving sales through expert demonstration. As a Stylist, you will fascinate customers by showcasing the machines and educating them on the science of hair care. We operate on a "bought, not sold" philosophy. This means you will focus on consultative sales, understanding the customer's needs, providing five-star service, and demonstrating how our technology can genuinely simplify and improve their lives, leading naturally to a purchase. Main responsibilities include but not limited to:- Approach shoppers in a friendly, conversational, and personalised manner, ensuring every interaction goes above and beyond expectation Present and demonstrate our cutting-edge technology, translating complex engineering and hair science concepts into simple, easy-to-understand terms Achieve challenging sales targets while maintaining a consistently exceptional level of customer service and experience Take ownership of store standards, ensuring all displays and demonstration products are meticulously clean, correctly merchandised, and fully operational Execute value-added services (such as embossing and gift wrapping), proactively complete all daily operational tasks (including communal tidying), and adhere to all Dyson policies and regulatory requirements Be a proactive learner regarding Dyson technology, engineering principles, and market trends, sharing insights and knowledge with the wider team About You To be successful in this role, you must be a passionate advocate for the Dyson brand and products and capable of delivering perfect customer experiences. Previous skills & experience:- Qualified stylist that has experience within the blow dry sector preferred Experience in an assisted sales environment or service led environment Experience working with / in a premium beauty brand Fluent in English preferred & local market language essential Track record for creating innovative solutions that solve problems and/or challenge convention Benefits At Dyson, our people are at the heart of everything we do.
