Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Duty Manager to join our team in Harlow, United Kingdom. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff members to maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Supervise and coordinate daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures Lead, motivate, and mentor staff members to achieve performance goals and maintain a positive work environment Resolve customer complaints and address issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction Monitor and maintain health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with local regulations Create and adjust staff schedules to meet business demands and ensure adequate coverage Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to maintain quality standards Implement and oversee training programs for new and existing staff members Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall operational efficiency Prepare and submit reports on daily operations, incidents, and performance metrics Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, ideally in faced paced manufacturing environment Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team Strong problem-solving abilities and decisiveness in handling operational challenges Thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with scheduling software Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Additional Information Next Steps: If you are smart, passionate, innovative, culturally open, curious and collaborative, we’d like to hear from you.
