We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Google Ads Account Manager to join a fast-growing digital marketing project in Barcelona. In this role, you will partner with Dutch businesses and agency clients to design and optimize online advertising strategies, helping them maximize return on investment while driving long-term growth.
You will work in a performance-driven environment, combining consultative sales, account management, and digital marketing expertise to deliver exceptional client experiences across the EMEA region.
Manage and grow a portfolio of Dutch-speaking advertisers and agency partners
Provide tailored Google Ads strategies to improve campaign performance and ROI
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
Act as a trusted consultant on digital advertising best practices
Achieve individual sales and performance targets
Proactively engage with clients via phone, video calls, and email
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
C2 level of Dutch and high proficiency in English
1–2 years of experience in sales, account management, or online advertising
Knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube, AdSense, or related Google products
Strong communication, analytical, and time-management skills
Goal-oriented mindset with a customer-focused approach
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Passion for marketing, technology, and digital advertising
Consultative or solution-based sales experience

Competitive base salary: from €23,876.19 up to €30,000 gross/year
Performance-based bonus: up to €3,500 gross/year
