Provide our clients with world-class expertise, including the most advanced methods for conception, construction follow-up and operations is the DNA of Egis Nuclear Service Line.  Job DescriptionMAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOBThe Documentation Controller’s job purpose is to:• Manage the production archiving and data transmission between all the project stakeholders.• Ensure the production of the teams is achieved in respects with the applicable norms, codes and standards.KEY DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES The Documentation Controller is responsible for Documentation Management and Contractor’s Follow-up. His key duties and responsibilities are to: Define and implement documentation management processes and requirementsWrite specification and implement methods and tools related to documentation managementDefine and update validation flows according to the contracts and disciplines requirementsAdminister databases and ensure proper implementation of documentation management rules, including:Documentation identificationValidation circuitsFolders systemsAccount creationAccess rightsUser notificationsFinancial moduleControl, identify and share documentation through DMS depending on the stakeholdersCoordinate document exchanges with internal and external stakeholdersEnsuring the interface between the different document management tools of our clientsGenerate and share reports for different stakeholdersAssist the Client in the delivery of important packagesDocumentation Schedule follow-up (reference creation, visas and status tracking)Verify the compliance and integrity of documentation produced with applicable procedures and requirementsDeliver and notify documentation to the client through their toolsFollow-up of Tender Batches documentationCheck documents issued by contractors and Client metadata are in accordance with contractor documentation requirementsSet-up the validation circuits depending on the scope of the documentUpload contractor documents and Client visas in Owner Engineer ToolNotify the stakeholdersManage and coordinate outgoing documentation issued by different stakeholdersConfiguration management (input-data registration)Train and support teams in using document management toolsPROJECT CORE COMPETENCES & TECHNICAL SKILLSCOMMON PROJECT CORE SKILLS - GENERALEnglish: Independent B2 : Can understand the main ideas of complex text on both concrete and abstract topic. Can interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that makes regular interaction with native speakers. Can produce clear, detailed text.Documentation Culture : Perfect knowledge of documentation culture and completely masters the Document Management System (DMS) tool.The position requires regular and frequent physical presence at the client's premises.QualificationsSPECIFIC SKILLSAt least 5 years’ experience as Doc Controller Confidentiality Analysis and synthesis spirit Basic knowledge of the change management Accuracy and rigor Intermediate level in Excel Experience with Documentation Management Systems Interface with the contractors and the clientsGood verbal and written communication skill in English Questioning and learning attitude
