Lead, inspire, and elevate care as our next Divisional Clinical Service Matron! 📝 Contract type: Permanent ⌚ Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours 💰 Salary: Rest of UK - £46,434.55 London - £51,078.01 The Role We are seeking a Divisional Clinical Service Matron to join our Corporate Nurse Team, where you will lead, coach, and mentor Clinical Service Managers to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care across your designated division. Reporting to the Head of Clinical Delivery, you’ll be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards and supporting clients throughout their treatment journey. This role involves close collaboration with clinical professionals and key stakeholders, regular travel to centres, training sessions, and conferences, and may require occasional out-of-hours work.
