Reporting to the UK&IE Country Sales Director, this exciting opportunity will suit a proactive candidate with solid management experience who can demonstrate a successful track record of delivering results in previous roles both individually and with teams, intent on introducing, retaining, and growing the business. Key attributes for the role include exceptional selling, negotiating and interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, problem solving, coaching and leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for team management, distribution sales targets, management of existing distributors, the acquisition of new customers, new sales, follow-up on individual contracts, pricing adjustments and the implementation of contracts in co-ordination with the Country Sales Director. A commercial mindset with excellent presentation, communication and listening skills is required.
