About Business Transformation - Innovation & Impact Business Transformation - Innovation & Impact drives Pfizer’s end-to-end technology transformation roadmap, prioritizing, delivering, and scaling high-impact use cases across the International Commercial Division. The team combines innovation, responsible data leadership, and agile change management to embed AI fluency and adoption across all levels. Through cross-functional collaboration, it enables measurable business impact and builds future-ready capabilities. Role Summary In this role, you will drive the strategic roadmap and operational execution of prioritized AI transformation initiatives, both existing and new. You will lead the use case portfolio, prioritization, and business case pipeline for AI transformation across international commercial operations, including managing the overall operations of the AI Transformation ("AIT") Steering Committee with the Chief Commercial Officer for International and Chief Technology Officer. This role works closely with cross-functional stakeholders from Digital, Chief Marketing Office (CMO), International Commercial Operations (ICO), China, Finance, and Communications to ensure alignment and delivery of transformation priorities. You will also ensure connectivity between the AI roadmap and foundational capabilities, such as Change Leadership & Adoption and Data Activation & Governance, driving integration and synergy across initiatives. Key Responsibilities Portfolio Governance: Develop and maintain the use case portfolio and prioritization framework in a governance structure with Digital and CMO partners. Strategic Alignment: Ensure the AI roadmap connects with foundational capabilities (Change Leadership & Adoption, Data Activation & Governance Lead). Performance Tracking: Define and track KPIs across all use cases, ensuring financial and other milestones are met by use case teams. Risk Management: Identify and escalate risks, reporting back to the AIT Committee on a monthly basis. Budget Oversight: Own budget planning and oversight across all technology programs and identify any risks and synergies. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Digital, CMO, ICO, China, Finance, and Communications teams for seamless execution. External Partnerships: Collaborate with external vendors and AI partners to accelerate innovation and delivery. Event Leadership: Coordinate and manage planning and execution on behalf of ICD for AI roadshows, symposiums, and other strategic events. Qualifications & Key Capabilities Proven experience in leading strategic planning and technology transformation portfolios, driving measurable business impact across complex organizations. Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership, with a demonstrated ability to align commercial, digital, and data priorities. Deep understanding of portfolio governance, business case development, and ROI tracking in transformation or technology or analytics driven environments. Solid business acumen combined with analytical and operational excellence. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred). Experience: extensive experience in strategy, operations, or transformation roles, preferably within pharmaceutical or technology sectors.
