As Director of Engineering, you will be accountable for engineering delivery, team health, maturity and standards. You will work closely with the CTO, Product, and senior stakeholders to turn strategy into outcomes, while creating an environment where engineers can do their best work. This role is people and systems-focused, not hands-on coding, though strong technical credibility is essential. Key Responsibilities Design and evolve the engineering team structure in line with our roadmap, including squads, domains, and reporting lines. Hire and retain high-quality engineering talent Build, develop, and manage Engineers, Engineering Managers and technical leaders. Partner with Product and the CTO to align roadmaps, capacity, and delivery commitments Ensure engineering teams consistently deliver high-quality, production-ready systems Foster an inclusive, supportive environment where engineers can grow and thrive Contribute to a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Bring Significant experience leading engineering teams at scale Proven track record of building and managing engineering managers and teams, including offshore and outsourced resources.
