In this role, you will orchestrate meaningful employee experiences across the talent lifecycle, drive operational excellences, and lead transformational initiatives that position the CAE Group for sustained success. Create and oversee meaningful, engaging initiatives and global programs across the complete employee talent management lifecycle (onboarding through career development and transitions) Develop and execute comprehensive employee experience strategies that drive engagement, retention, and satisfaction Lead early talent programs including internships, graduate recruitment, and new graduate development initiatives Build comprehensive early career pathways and mentorship programs to attract and retain top emerging talent Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness across all employee experience initiatives, partnering with cross-regional operations teams to ensure seamless execution Lead large-scale transformational change initiatives across the CAE Group, and develop comprehensive change management strategies and implementation plans (including building change readiness and capability throughout the function) What do you need to succeed? Must Have Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred 10+ years of progressive experience in employee experience, change management, or organizational development Proven track record of leading large-scale transformational change initiatives Experience with early talent programs, including campus recruitment, internships, and graduate development Strong strategic thinking abilities with demonstrated execution excellence Experience designing and implementing employee engagement programs and events Exceptional communication and presentation skills Strategic Vision: Ability to see the big picture while managing detailed execution Change Leadership: Expertise in guiding organizations through complex transformations Employee-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of what drives employee engagement and satisfaction Operational Excellence: Track record of delivering results efficiently and effectively Collaboration: Strong partnership skills across all organizational levels Adaptability: Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments Data-Driven: Uses analytics to inform decisions and measure success What’s in it for you?
