About Business Transformation - Innovation & Impact Business Transformation - Innovation & Impact drives Pfizer’s end-to-end technology transformation roadmap, prioritizing, delivering, and scaling high-impact use cases across the International Commercial Division. The team combines innovation, responsible data leadership, and agile change management to embed AI fluency and adoption across all levels. Through cross-functional collaboration, it enables measurable business impact and builds future-ready capabilities. Role Summary In this role, you will deliver and scale technology use cases within the Customer Facing Colleagues (CFC) domain, ensuring operational readiness across international markets. You will manage and prioritize the end-to-end delivery of CFC-related technology use cases in multiple countries, in partnership with a cross-functional stakeholders from Chief Marketing Office (CMO) International CFC Excellence, Digital, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team, and in-country squads (specifically CFE Leads) to ensure alignment and delivery of transformation priorities. The role will also ensure connectivity with foundational capabilities, such as Change Leadership & Adoption and Data Activation & Governance, driving integration and synergy across initiatives. You will work closely with the AI Transformation ("AIT") Committee for business case development and prioritization. Key Responsibilities Delivery & Scaling: Manage delivery, deployment, and scaling of CFC-related AI use cases, both new and existing, in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders and local market squads. Change Management: Drive change management across AI use cases to ensure a seamless journey for CFCs across international markets at the local level to ensure downstream success of CFC tool ecosystem. Operational Readiness: Ensure scalability and readiness by working with use case project teams to monitor implementation and progress (e.g., collaborate with Dynamic Targeting Capability team on roadmap, new product development, and resourcing). Performance Tracking: Track KPIs across use cases to ensure milestones are met and business impact is delivered. Tool Evaluation: Evaluate CFC tool implementation across markets to ensure the right mix and readiness for success. Compliance: Work with Legal and Compliance teams for all CFC use case approvals. KPI Development: Develop KPIs to assess and measure success of use case deployment. CRM Alignment: Ensure AI/ML CFC programs are closely aligned with and integrated into the CRM roadmap for International. Business Case Development: Work on business cases for CFC-specific use cases for the AIT Committee in partnership with the Director, Strategy & Transformation Lead. Engagement & Impact: Track use case engagement and business impact; collaborate with Data Strategy and Change Leadership & Adoption to drive foundational consistency across use cases. Qualifications & Key Capabilities Proven expertise in leading large-scale program delivery and solution implementation within Customer Facing Colleagues (CFC) or similar enablement domains. Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, enabling seamless connection across Commercial, Digital, and in-market teams. Demonstrated ability to deliver and scale solutions, ensuring operational readiness and measurable business impact across markets. Solid understanding of change management principles to drive adoption of new tools and data-driven ways of working. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Sciences, or related field (Master’s preferred). Experience: extensive experience in program delivery, technology solutions deployment, or transformation roles.
