Line of Service Internal Firm Services Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism IFS - Human Capital (HC) Management Level Manager Job Description & Summary About the role The Partner Admissions team is responsible for all internal and direct admissions to the partnership, working closely with the Territory Admissions Committee (TAC), the firm's boards, and the various Lines of Service Executive teams. The team is looking to recruit a manager to work with a Senior Associate on the direct (external) element of partner admissions. What your days will look like Lead and optimise the external partner admissions process, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a seamless candidate experience in collaboration with Executive Search and external suppliers. Manage data and deliver meaningful insights, supporting governance requirements and informing strategic decision-making through accurate MI reporting. Build strong stakeholder relationships across all Lines of Service, acting as a trusted advisor and driving alignment throughout the admissions process. Collaborate and mentor effectively, working closely with internal admissions counterparts to ensure consistency, share best practices, and line-manage a Senior Associate to maintain high standards of accuracy and service. This role is for you if Proven experience in a similar partner admissions, recruitment, resourcing or talent management role, preferably within a professional services environment. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels. Excellent data management capabilities, with experience producing MI reports and insights. Effective leadership and team management experience. Collaborative approach and strong communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
