Day-to-day, you will: Proactively reach out to new business prospects to speak about our comprehensive Learning Suite, including My Compliance Management tool. Use Groove automation to reach out to prospects through multiple engagement channels (LinkedIn/Calls/Emails) Learn to demonstrate My Compliance Manger Once a sale is made, ensure a smooth handover to the projects team Maintain excellent Salesforce hygiene Your skills and experience include: Experience in selling software digitally, ideally within the learning and development or HR or compliance space Understanding the compliance landscape Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to constant growth An ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and practices, particularly around employee development and training Excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport at all levels of an organisation What are we all about?
