Location & Schedule

• Lisbon – LACS Santos

• Hybrid working model

• Monday to Friday | 09:00 – 18:00 (no weekends )

What Youll Be Doing

• Optimize and scale Google Ads campaigns for high-value customers

• Build keyword strategies, bids, and budget recommendations

• Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to drive results

• Turn data into insights that directly impact campaign success

What Were Looking For

• At least 1 year of Google Ads experience (mandatory)

• Solid understanding of digital marketing KPIs

• Analytical mindset with good Excel skills

• Experience in online advertising & optimization

• Fluent German + good English

Total Compensation & Benefits

• €23,000 gross annual base salary

• €3,240 yearly language bonus

• €7.63/day meal allowance (net)

• €720/year transportation allowance

• 5% annual performance bonus

• Permanent contract + 180-day probation
