We are #forthecommitted We are on the hunt for a digital marketing genius who has a passion for e-commerce marketing, SEO, GA4 and designing cool tests to increase traffic, clicks, conversions and customer retention. RESPONSIBILITIES Your 6 month objective will be to increase website traffic and increase conversion rate on our website. To do this you'll have our marketing team at your disposal, providing content, mentorship, support and clear benchmarks to help you progress. You'll be expected to harness the power of SEO, email marketing (Klaviyo), GA4 and various e-commerce (Shopify) tactics to do this Your work will include the following: 1. Analyze data (GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo etc) to identify opportunities and ideas (understand our customer base, their behaviour and where we can improve our marketing to them) - this will help you create a plan with our marketing team. 2. Design and run tests to increase website traffic and conversions. These tests will include things like: Increasing traffic from social media by uploading customer emails and implementing targeted ad campaigns Test Shopify apps to upsell and cross-sell to customers AB test new landing pages Analyze our current landing pages, and create cross-linking and back-linking to nurture site visitors and pull them to product pages Run A/B tests on Klaviyo (email marketing) to improve conversion rate and click through Create event landing pages that drive conversion Come up with creative ways to capture emails Adjust product pages and tun tests to improve their conversion rates REQUIREMENTS Must have a degree (ideally in marketing, business or IT. Other degrees accepted if you have solid marketing experience) 5+ years of digital marketing experience or directly related experience Demonstrated understanding with examples of execution of at least some of the above requirements Extra points for applicants who can demonstrate entrepreneurial tendencies, have been promoted quickly and who are outgoing and initiative takers.
