Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will assist with digital marketing strategy, develop innovative content for digital and social channels, and report on digital marketing performance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Works with Marketing Director to develop digital strategy
• Develops digital campaigns for markets/focus products identified by the Marketing Director
• Adheres to Bron Brand Guide to maintain company image and voice
• Responds to customer social media messages and comments
• Writes content for the Bron University Blog
• Create innovative digital content for social media, web, and digital advertising
• Has a deep understanding of target customer
• Creates reports to measure digital marketing performance
• Other duties as assigned?

Qualifications, Knowledge, & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or related field.

· Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and insurance

· 2 years of industry experience – B2B preferred

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent time and task management skills

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Team player

· Self-starter and motivated to learn

· Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects

· Experience managing company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)

· Proficient in Graphic Design

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation:

· $24.00 - $25.50/hr

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
