Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain the organisation’s brand presence across multiple channels, creating campaigns that engage senior and board-level audiences. • Deliver and optimise digital marketing activity for selected clients, ensuring campaigns are effective, targeted and measurable. • Bring a strong evidence-based view of customer priorities to guide all content and campaign development. • Facilitate communication and briefing across internal teams to ensure consistent and aligned brand activity. • Develop engaging content ideas for social media, email, website pages and event materials. • Co-ordinate with internal teams to develop and deliver effective marketing strategies for multiple clients. • Analyse and identify opportunities to optimise paid digital marketing campaigns and manage spend within allocated budgets. • Track and report on key performance metrics including website traffic, engagement, lead generation, goal completions and ROI. • Prepare and present insightful performance reports on both company and client campaigns. • Build and manage paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn and Google. Essential Experience • 4+ years’ experience in a marketing or communications role. • 3+ years managing paid activity across Meta and LinkedIn. • Proven ability to translate customer insight into effective marketing activity. • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines. • Excellent communication skills with experience briefing and managing internal teams. • Experience managing marketing campaigns across digital channels. • Proficiency with GA4, Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn advertising tools. • Experience using AI tools to support research and content creation. • A creative thinker with a commercial mindset focused on measurable outcomes. Desirable Experience • Agency experience. • Experience setting up and managing PPC campaigns.
