We’re delighted to be supporting our client – an established and fast-moving ecommerce group – in recruiting a Digital Marketing Executive to help shape the future of their online strategy and deliver exceptional customer experiences across their consumer brands. This role is primarily office-based, with flexibility to work from home one day per week following the probationary period. What You’ll Be Doing Deliver multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across content, email, SEO, PPC, social media (organic and paid), CRO and UX optimisation. Optimise customer journeys and website performance using analytics and insight-driven improvements. Create and manage engaging digital content that reflects brand identity and drives conversions. Produce reports and analysis to support strategic marketing decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives across multiple brands. Assist with website merchandising and customer experience improvements. Provide occasional support to customer service during busy trading periods. What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing role within an ecommerce environment. Expertise in at least three of the following: Content creation Email marketing SEO PPC Influencer marketing Social media (organic and paid) CRO / UX optimisation Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented. A creative thinker with a passion for continuous learning and digital innovation. Desirable Skills (not essential) Experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento) or similar ecommerce platforms. Knowledge of marketplaces, digital PR, SMS marketing, or Canva/similar tools. Video creation and editing skills.
