We’re looking for a Digital Learning Specialist to design and deliver engaging online learning experiences that inspire and empower. If you love blending creativity with technology and want to make learning exciting, this is your chance. What you’ll do Design impactful content: Create interactive digital learning using video, animation, graphics, and web tools. Lead our platform: Manage and enhance LMS365, ensuring a seamless and engaging learner experience. Collaborate and innovate: Work with L&D, IT, and subject matter experts to deliver projects that make a difference. Manage stakeholders: Build strong relationships across the business, influence decisions, and ensure successful delivery. Stay ahead of the curve: Explore new trends and tools to keep our learning fresh and future-ready. What we’re looking for A creative thinker with a passion for learning technology. Experience with tools like Articulate Rise & Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Audition), and video production. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to make complex ideas simple and engaging. Bonus points for: A background in graphic design—you’ll use your skills to create visually stunning learning experiences. A portfolio showcasing your best work. Why join us?
