As a Global Digital Commerce Capability Assistant, you’ll play a key role in driving growth for Haleon’s business and the Haleon brand by: Leading the internal launch communications and onboarding for the new MBA Essentials – Marketing in Digital Commerce course. Coordinating and orchestrating a calendar of events, featuring external speakers from across the industry. Developing strong capability materials to support our Digital Commerce Capability programme. Supporting the Global Digital Commerce Capability Lead with day-to-day work on priority projects under the digital commerce capability agenda (varied responsibilities including meeting preparation, stakeholder engagement, internal communication, etc). This role will help you witness how companies do, learn and grow at marketing whilst focussing on brands growth and business delivery. You will build strong working relationships with markets and colleagues across the Haleon network, supporting the development of the Haleon Learning System and bringing best in class learnings to the Haleon community of practice. In this role, you'll need strong organizational and planning skills, along with the ability to listen, interpret, and apply information from a variety of sources. You’ll have the chance to collaborate with a wide range of contributors, from different seniority levels, giving you exposure to diverse perspectives and experiences. This is a high-visibility role both inside and outside the company, making it a great opportunity to showcase your eagerness to learn, accountability, and ability to build credibility with external agencies and internal stakeholders. It’s a chance to demonstrate strategic thinking, take the lead on key activities, and gain valuable experience across global and business unit functions. Education Requirements: We welcome applications from degree disciplines focusing on management, marketing, media, communications, and education. If you are studying for your Undergraduate Degree, you must be in your 2nd year of study (England) or 3rd year of study (Scotland) and seeking to complete a year in industry in partnership with your university. Please ensure the role is suitable for your placement year.
