We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Manager focusing on one of our flagship Treasury and Capital Markets product. This product is a Finastra’s front-to-back treasury and capital markets solution, designed to support global investment banks and financial institutions. With over 25 years of market expertise, it enables efficient trading, risk management, and compliance across a wide range of asset classes. It offers a modular architecture, real-time decision-making tools, and seamless integration with market data providers like Bloomberg and Refinitiv. Built for flexibility and scalability, it supports rapid product innovation and straight-through processing (STP), helping institutions reduce costs and accelerate time to market The DevOps Manager, in constant connection with his team, R&D teams, IT and CISO teams, is responsible, from source code to packages, for the reliable and efficient automated processes that build, scan, test and deliver product to customers. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a team of 3+ DevOps Engineers Lead the modernization of CI/CD pipelines and self-service tools on Azure Apply agile and iterative methodologies to all deliverables Drive automation and continuous improvement to accelerate and improve time to delivery and user experience Support R&D teams with DevOps services and tools Explore and implement emerging DevOps tools and industry standards Required Experience 6+ years in a Dev/DevOps role 1+ years in a DevOps team management position Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science Technical Skills Hands-on experience with Docker, Helm, Kubernetes, and public cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) Proficiency in Python, Shell scripting, Groovy, Java Experience developing CI/CD pipelines as code with quality gates Strong production mindset and customer support orientation Azure certifications preferred Soft Skills Experience working in multicultural environments (Europe, US, Asia) Excellent communication and reporting skills Proven track record in Agile project delivery (SAFE/Scrum, JIRA) Fluent in English (written and spoken) Why Join Us Be part of a global fintech leader Drive innovation in a cloud-first environment Collaborate with a diverse, international team Enjoy a flexible, hybrid work model We are proud to offer a range of incentives to our employees worldwide.
