Who Are We Looking For We are seeking a Designer with a creative mindset and a passion for seeing projects through from conception to completion. You will join a collaborative Interior Design team that values storytelling and attention to detail. We believe in creating spaces that are functional, suited to the end user, and made unique through materiality, thoughtful detailing, and strong design narratives. In this role, you will support throughout the project lifecycle, through a variety of typologies, while learning to translate ideas into built spaces. With mentorship from senior team members, you’ll gain hands-on experience in all phases of design, growing both your creative and technical skills. What You Will Do Assist project teams with developing interior design concepts, including layouts, finishes, and material selections, while learning how design decisions support client goals. Create 3D visuals and renderings to help represent design intent and convey ideas clearly to clients. Support in the preparation of presentations, mood boards, and sample boards to communicate design direction. Prepare construction documents under the guidance of senior team members. Contribute to the construction administration phase by observing and assisting with shop drawing reviews, responses to RFIs, and other coordination tasks to develop technical knowledge. Participate in project meetings/reviewed and site visits to gain hands-on experience and see how design ideas are carried through to construction. What You Will Bring Degree/Diploma from an accredited institution in Interior Design. 1 - 3 years of progressively more responsible roles within an Interior Design firm. Proficiency in design software such as Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and knowledge of current design trends. Working knowledge of applicable building codes. Strong communication, critical thinking, and effective problem-solving skills. Willingness to work in a hybrid role, with 2 days in the Studio. What We Will Provide: Transparent Salary Bands.
