Deliver operational excellence — manage the depot team to meet daily workloads, planning schedules and maintenance KPIs, always prioritizing customer needs. Coach and grow talent — support recruitment, onboarding, appraisals and performance improvement to build a skilled, engaged field service workforce. Drive standards and continuous improvement — provide technical support, use risk and fleet tools, and collaborate across sales, ops, customer service and logistics to deliver world‑class service. You’ll have the following skills and experience: Proven technical leader — NVQ3‑qualified with hands‑on experience servicing large engines (generators, HGVs, plant). Drive performance through people — track record managing and coaching cross‑functional depot teams to hit targets. Trusted collaborator — strong communicator who builds stakeholder relationships across operations, sales, logistics and customer service.
