Notre équipe intervient auprès de prêteurs, emprunteurs et autres acteurs du secteur financier de premier plan, en matière de financements d’acquisitions et de prises de participation (LBOs, OPAs), financements structurés, financements immobiliers, financements d’actifs, crédits syndiqués, restructurations de dette et refinancements. Vous rejoindrez une équipe composée d’avocats provenant d’horizons variés et qui vous impliquera pleinement sur des opérations de financement à forte dimension internationale. Le stage que nous proposons vous permettra d'être complètement intégré à notre équipe (vous partagerez le bureau d’un avocat) et à nos activités. Votre profil : Étudiant(e) en droit (Master 2, IEJ, Ecole du Barreau), en école de Commerce, vous avez de préférence déjà effectué un stage en cabinet et avez un très bon niveau d’anglais. Votre esprit d'équipe et votre sens de l'initiative joueront un rôle déterminant dans votre intégration et votre évolution au sein de notre cabinet.
