We’re looking for a bilingual Demand Generation Manager & Application Specialist to join our Canadian Sales team. In this role, you’ll combine technical expertise with sales enablement to help drive top-line growth. You’ll lead demand generation initiatives, provide applications training to contractors and engineers, and serve as a trusted advisor to customers and colleagues. You’ll also play a key role in implementing our global WAM (World Class Armacell Mindset) Demand Generation pillar in Canada. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of sales, training, and technical applications—and who thrives in a global, cross-functional environment. This is a remote position, though preference will be given to candidates located in Canada within proximity to a major airport. Giving & volunteer opportunities, and discounts on retail products, services & experiences. Job Responsibilities Drive Growth: Deliver on annual specification goals and sales growth targets. Lead Demand Generation: Manage partnerships with external platforms (e.g., Dodge, Construct Connect) and identify ways to strengthen our pipeline. Enable Sales Teams: Develop presentations, webinars, and tools that support customer engagement, industry events (ASHRAE, etc.), and “lunch & learns.” Train & Support: Provide on-site applications training for insulation contractors, EPCs, and engineering firms; implement train-the-trainer programs; and certify key users on proper Armacell product application. Be a Technical Expert: Act as the “go-to” for Armacell systems and solutions, providing guidance that ensures successful project delivery. Champion Salesforce: Serve as key user for Salesforce.com, ensuring process improvements, adoption, and data integrity. Collaborate Globally: Support the rollout of global initiatives (DCT training, WAM Demand Generation pillar), while sharing local market insights and competitive intelligence. Job Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field. 10+ years of sales experience in a manufacturing environment. Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver technical support. Professional written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual in English and French (required). Ability to travel within Canada for customer and project site support. Posting Dates September 5, 2025 - September 19, 2025. The expected compensation range for this role is $95,000.00 -$115,000.00. The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience, and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
