As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages to our valued customers while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to designated locations Load and unload packages efficiently, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage Plan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency Verify delivery information and obtain necessary signatures upon package delivery Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving licence Strong time management and organizational abilities Proficiency in using smartphones and delivery-related applications Previous delivery experience preferred Customer service experience demonstrating a friendly and professional attitude Physical ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 20kg Flexible schedule, including availability for week Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team
