The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, reviewing and improving segmentation strategies to deliver superior collections, recoveries and customer outcomes. You will also be expected to work closely with a range of internal stakeholders and the wider Data & Analytics community to develop and deliver initiatives. As we migrate some of our analytical and decision platforms, you will help create and execute the testing plans. What you’ll do Look for opportunities to enhance and recoveries capabilities through the use of new segmentation strategies and data across both public and private sector clients utilising data and scores from credit reference agencies and clients Develop, deliver, monitor and improve a decisioning framework through data management and analysis Shape and put into practice standards and processes that will empower the decisioning framework Ensure segmentation strategies are sustainable throughout the supply chain Collaborate with and provide support to team members, internal colleagues and external clients on Decision Science matters What experience you need Strong and current experience in a related role Good problem solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail Ability to translate business objectives into an analytical agenda Experience with database environments and dataset manipulation using analytical software such as SQL/Python/R/Excel Interpersonal and relationship building skills, with confidence and ability to influence others Experience of delivering high quality output to tight deadlines What could set you apart Bachelor's degree in a numerical subject (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics) or equivalent Previous experience of designing, delivering and improving collections strategies The Perks of being a Equifax Employee?
