As a Data Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing and improving the way we handle data across its entire lifecycle—helping us deliver accurate, secure, and high-quality information that supports better decisions and outcomes. Picture This In the last 12 months, as a CQC Data Manager, you might have: Helped to designed and implemented processes to improve data quality and governance across multiple systems. Supported the development and maintenance of data management processes, ensuring they meet business needs. Created and documented clear, efficient data flows connecting operational systems to analytics and BI platforms. Worked with stakeholders to define data standards and ensure compliance with data management policies. You'll Play a Key Role By Supporting the design, build, and testing of CQC’s data management processes. Developing and maintaining processes for data quality assurance and reporting. Help with the delivery of data remediation plans. Promoting data management principles and best practices across teams. Participating in agile delivery methods to ensure responsive, customer-focused solutions. Show Us We’re looking for candidates who can demonstrate: Experience in data quality management, including root cause analysis, data validation and data remediation. Strong understanding of data governance and data management processes and concepts. Skills in data analysis and reporting. Ability to interpret and present data to diverse audiences. A good understanding of CQC tools including CRM (Customer Relationship Management),RP (Regulatory Platform), DevOps and PowerBi Compliance Note for internal candidates: This is a secondment/fixed term opportunity.
