General Summary Kia Canada is seeking a hands-on, detail oriented and motivated Data Analyst to join the National Marketing team, focusing primarily on driving data-driven insights. This role will support all areas of Marketing communications and, lead the design, development, and implementation of digital analytic solutions primarily on PowerBI.   Role: Full time Contract for 10 months Essential Duties and Responsibilities Integrate multiple data sources (Google Analytics, Salesforce, SQL Servers) in collaboration with IT and cross-functional teams. Configure, transform, and model data within Power BI to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability for analysis. Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to deliver actionable insights for business stakeholders. Provide insight and analysis to co-develop core KPIs for National Marketing department leveraging historical data insights in collaboration with our agency partners, leveraging a sophisticated data model. Develop, document, and maintain KPI libraries/reporting standards to measure performance. Track the performance of our website and search marketing (SEO/SEM) to recommend optimization opportunities. Coordinate measurement and reporting of digital advertising campaigns, website performance, and other marketing activities in partnership with other marketing team leads. Unleash the power of available marketing data to drive actionable insights for the marketing team. Skills/Knowledge/Experience/Education Requirement 2-5 years of directly related experience. Web Analytics: Expert user of Google Analytics 4. Business Intelligence: Proficient in Power BI and SQL. Data Integration: Hands-on experience integrating multiple data sources (GA4, Salesforce, SQL, and other platforms) into Power BI. Passion for data, insights and doing great work. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
