Role Overview:

As a Trust & Safety Analyst, you will review user-generated content — including text, images, and videos — to ensure it aligns with company policies, community standards, and relevant regulations. Your critical thinking, sound judgment, and cultural awareness will help maintain platform integrity and support a safer online experience for users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Review: Assess user-generated content to confirm it meets internal policies and regulatory requirements

• Fair Moderation: Apply guidelines consistently while making balanced and objective decisions
• Community Safety: Contribute to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and secure online environment
• Policy Compliance: Follow established moderation procedures and stay aligned with updated policies
• Escalation Management: Identify complex or sensitive cases and escalate them through the appropriate channels

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Proficiency in Czech (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card.
• Experience: 0-1 year of experience in content moderation or a related analytical role.
• Skills: Strong critical thinking, communication, and decision-making abilities.
