Role Overview We are looking for an organised and detail focused Customs & Logistics Coordinator with basic logistics and customs knowledge. The role supports the day-to-day operational activities of the logistics and customs team, with a strong emphasis on administration, documentation handling, manual processing, and maintaining accurate records in Excel and internal systems. Key Responsibilities Administrative and Data Management Maintain and update shipment records, trackers, and operational files. Process incoming and outgoing documents, including delivery notes, packing lists, invoices, and customs paperwork. Support daily data entry activities with accuracy and attention to detail. Prepare and update Excel spreadsheets, reports, and basic dashboards. Organise digital and physical filing systems for logistics and customs documentation. Logistics Support Assist with booking collections and deliveries when required. Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to check shipment statuses. Follow up on PODs, delivery confirmations, and discrepancies. Support daily outbound and inbound coordination tasks. Customs Support Prepare basic documentation needed for customs clearance. Check commercial invoices and declarations for accuracy. Assist with maintaining compliance records for imports and exports. Support the customs team with data checks, document validation, and internal updates. Classification knowledge is a plus Operational Support Assist with manual admin tasks such as labelling, sorting documents, preparing files for audits, and printing pack lists. Help maintain trackers for incidents, delays, returns, or claims. Support purchasing or inventory teams when cross functional admin tasks are required. Skills and Requirements Essential Strong administrative skills and high attention to detail. Confident with Microsoft Excel (filters, pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas). Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise daily tasks. Basic understanding of logistics processes (inbound, outbound, delivery stages). Basic understanding of customs concepts (imports, exports, compliance). Good communication skills for internal coordination and external follow ups. Ability to work with manual tasks and repetitive processing. Desirable Experience in a logistics, warehouse, customs, or supply chain environment. Experience working with trackers, ERP systems, or WMS platforms.
