We are looking for Customer Support Representatives with C2-level French or Danish to join an onsite customer support project based in Lisbon. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a high-quality support experience.

Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality
Follow internal procedures and quality standards
Escalate complex issues when required
C2-level proficiency in French or Danish
Good command of English (minimum B2)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused mindset
Ability to work onsite in Lisbon
Valid EU work permit is required
Visa sponsorship is not provided
Previous customer support experience is a plus
